What you need
Android
- An Android phone or tablet.
- Bluetooth printing asks for the Nearby devices permission. On Android 11 and older it asks for location, which Android requires for Bluetooth scanning. PaisaBill does not use your location.
- USB printers connect with an OTG cable.
- The camera is used only for scanning barcodes.
Windows
- A Windows 10 or Windows 11 PC.
- Print to any printer installed in Windows, or to a Wi-Fi or LAN thermal printer by IP address.
- Full keyboard billing with function-key shortcuts.
Web
- A recent Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
- Open app.paisabill.in and sign in. Nothing to install.
- Prints through the browser print dialog or saves PDF invoices.

Questions shop owners ask
Do I need to pay to download PaisaBill?
No. PaisaBill is free on Android, on Windows and as a web app. There is no paid version.
Can I use the same account on my phone and my PC?
Yes. Sign in with the same email or Google account on Android, Windows and the web. Your shop, products and bills are shared across devices.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. On an iPhone or iPad you can use the web app at app.paisabill.in in Safari.
How do I sign in?
With an email and password, or with Google on Android and the web. Windows uses email and password.
